Double E Lifestyle

1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of doubleelifestyle.com and related sites, brands, and services operated by Double E Performance Center LLC (d/b/a Double E Lifestyle) ("Double E," "we," "us"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or to submit inquiries, bookings, or applications.
3. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Event Inquiries & Bookings
Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Events are confirmed in writing and may require a deposit and a separate event agreement. Pricing, availability, deposits, and cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.
5. Social Club Membership
Social Club membership is by application and subject to approval at Double E's discretion. Membership, dues, renewals, guest privileges, and conduct are governed by the Club's membership agreement and rules, which control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
6. Text Messaging
By opting in, you consent to receive account and verification text messages (including one-time passcodes). Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — logos, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Double E and may not be used without permission.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Double E will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Double E harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Parker County, Texas.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
