Double E Performance Center LLC, doing business as Double E Lifestyle ("Double E," "we," "us," or "our"), operates doubleelifestyle.com and related sites and brands, including Double E Ranch & Venue, the Double E Social Club, Double E Charters, Double E Beef, Queen B Boutique, and Double E real estate offerings (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Contact details — name, email, phone number, mailing address.
- Event and booking inquiries — event type, dates, location, guest count, and related details.
- Social Club applications — the information you submit when applying for membership.
- Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send us and your preferences.

- We and our service providers may use analytics and visitor-recognition tools to understand how our sites are used and who is engaging with them.
How We Use Information

- Send account, transaction, and verification messages (including one-time login passcodes).
- With your consent, send updates, offers, and event information.

Text Messaging (SMS)
We offer text messaging for account and login verification (including one-time passcodes) and account-related notifications.
- Consent / opt-in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and verifying it within your Double E member account. We send texts only after you have opted in.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, when you request a login code).
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help & opt-out. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. You may also email info@doubleelifestyle.com.
- No sharing of mobile data for marketing. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our messaging and customer-support providers) solely to deliver these messages. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any other purpose.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With service providers who perform services for us (hosting, payment processing, messaging, CRM, analytics), bound to protect it.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
